We would like to inform you that, to allow the execution of your order for travel services, your data will be communicated to the tourist providers that work with WID COMPANY SRL , (hoteliers, transporters, etc.) or to technical service providers (IT, accommodation, email distribution, online payment service provider, etc.), which may be located outside of the Dominican Republic area. Our providers agree to use your personal data only to perform certain essential tasks to complete your trip, in strict respect of your rights regarding the protection of personal data and in accordance with current legislation. WID COMPANY SRL undertakes not to transfer or sell personal data concerning it to non-associated third parties. Your data is kept for the time of our contractual relationship and for the time necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

The client will be solely responsible for the personal and / or family documentation necessary to carry out the scheduled trip.


The clients receive all essential information on the package before concluding the contract package. W ID COMPANY SRL is responsible for the proper performance of all travel services included in the contract. Travelers receive a phone number or emergency contact details of a contact point where they can communicate with the representatives of W ID COMPANY SRL. The customers can transfer their journey to another person, with a period of thirty (30) days priors the date of the start of the journey, in which case it is possible that this change is subject to pay additional charges.

The amount of the insurance premium offered and accepted by the client must be paid upon registration, with the receipt of the trip deposit, as well as any other amount for the trip service.

Payments must be made through the following options:

  • Bank transfer .

Fees or other additional costs (tourist taxes, hotel fees (resort fees), parking fees, entrance to national parks, etc.) can be paid during the trip by the client. These costs, not included in the total price of the trip, would be included, if applicable, in your travel plan. We recommend that you bring an appropriate means of payment for your trip according to the destination.

Transport companies, los hotels and businesses will be exempt from liability in respect of any detention, delay, loss, damage, illness or injury, regardless of who is the cause and any type that occurs in or passenger in any time when the passenger is not on board a carrier or means of transport used or operated by transport companies or hotels.

It is the responsibility of the travel advisor to ensure that all the details of the invoice and itinerary and the documentation issued by WID COMPANY SRL are correct and that the client is aware of our reservation conditions and other clauses described in this document.

WID COMPANY SRL is exonerated of responsibility towards clients, in the event of events such as: cancellations, delays or unforeseen modifications in the departure times of the contracted transport, and the compensation procedure established by the responsible companies, when the facts give rise to the themselves or the return of values.


We invite you to contact W ID COMPANY SRL if you observe any breach in the provision of your travel services, by dialing our emergency number, whose contact details will be given to you in a data kit in the documents provided by WID COMPANY SRL

In case of a complaint about any breach in the provision of the contracted services during your trip, it will be taken into account, when appropriate. As soon as possible after the date of return from the trip, for claims follow-up cases, these must be accompanied by supporting documents of said claim, and additional documents that are required by the insurer, if necessary,  otherwise, not be able to give you the answer you need.


W ID COMPANY SRL and its operations are insured, according to the operation requirements established by Dominican regulations, whose compliance is controlled by the Ministry of Tourism of the Dominican Republic , in the same way we suggest you review the options of your insurance that we offer additionally for your travel program.


All cancellations must be made in writing to WID COMPANY SRL and will be subject to the following cancellation charges, from the date the written cancellation is received:

Full cancellation fee scale :

  • More than 60 days before the departure date: 15% of the total price of the trip.
  • From 60 to 31 days before the departure date: 30% of the total price of the trip.
  • From 30 to 21 days before the departure date: 40% of the total price of the trip.
  • From 20 to 7 days before the departure date: 60% of the total price of the trip.
  • Less than 7 days before the departure date: 65% of the total price of the trip.

Cancellation processing fees will be added to this scale:

  • 300 USD for a trip lasting less than 8 days
  • 500 USD for a trip of more than 8 days.
